Dr. Kajal Suri
Kajal Suri is an Indian child psychologist, RCI-licensed rehabilitation professional, special educator and author with over two decades of experience in early childhood development and inclusive learning. She is the Founder and Director of Thomas Kids International, a pioneering multisensory educational organisation. Known for her work in behavioural intervention, emotional development and special education, she continues to support children and families through assessments, therapy and innovative learning programmes.
Dr. Arif Nasir Butt
Dr. Arif Nasir Butt, from Jharkhand, India, is a social activist, human rights defender, educationist, and advocate known for his work in community welfare and civil rights. He serves in key roles such as State General Secretary (BJP Minority Morcha, Jharkhand) and Country Head/President of the International Human Rights Commission. With experience across social justice, counselling, peace initiatives, and education, he has supported vulnerable groups and led multiple humanitarian programs. Dr. Butt has received several national and international awards for his contributions to human rights, peace-building, and social service.
Lakshmi Krishnan
Lakshmi Krishnan professional Social Worker with an MSW from the Delhi School of Social Work and 47 years of dedicated experience at the grassroots level in Welfare Sector. She led an adoption centre for 20 years, facilitating the rehabilitation of over 2,000 abandoned / orphaned children through adoption. She is a certified POSH trainer and serves as an External Committee Member for numerous institutions, including schools, courts, government bodies, and corporate organisations. Lakshmi has also contributed her expertise as a Member of the Appellate Tribunal for Senior Citizens and as part of various SC/ST Welfare Committees in Delhi. Over the years, she has been a valued resource person for national seminars and television discussions, sharing insights on social welfare, child protection, and community development. Currently, she serves as the President of an NGO, spearheading impactful programmes in remedial education, skill development, vocational training, legal aid, and other welfare initiatives for vulnerable communities.

Alongside social work, he brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, brand management, and strategic planning, currently serving as Regional Account Manager with a leading media and advertising group. His work reflects a balanced blend of social responsibility and professional leadership.
